Our Studio
Located in the heart of Vaughan–Woodbridge, Kaura is a calm, intentionally designed Pilates studio. The space is light-filled and warm, with an open layout that supports focus and ease.
Every detail - from lighting and acoustics to flow and spacing is considered to create a seamless class experience. It’s a place where you can arrive, move, and leave feeling grounded, without distraction or overwhelm.


Our Instructors
Our reformer instructors are fully certified and trained through respected Pilates education programs, with diverse backgrounds in movement, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and sports science. Each instructor brings a thoughtful, supportive approach to teaching, ensuring classes are safe, effective, and adaptable to all levels.
At Kaura, our team is known for their attention to form, clear cueing, and genuine care for each client’s experience. You’ll be guided with intention, encouraged with respect, and supported as you build strength over time.
